Items Marked 7/14/or 21 days are dispatched direct from supplier. You will be contacted direct by the supplier to arrange a delivery date. Note: Direct Dispatch items cannot currently be tracked.

Most Big Stuff/Direct Dispatch items can only be delivered to an external ground floor location at the delivery address.

4. Returns


  1. You will need your order reference number and the details of the item to be returned.
  2. Contact us via our Support System or phone Customer Services on: 0845 272 2379.
  3. We will immediately arrange for collection of the item by one of our carriers.
  4. Return the item in its original condition, including packaging and obtain proof of return from the carrier. We will then dispatch a replacement from our Distribution Centre or process a refund once your returns are received.
  5. Please note all items returned that are non-faulty will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
